Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Primal Viking tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our forge receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
